Kathy Krueger is Senior Interior Designer for InPro Corporation. Her 18 years of design project management in healthcare, hospitality, residential and retail interior design encompasses a broad scope of design challenges and positive solutions.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and graduate credits in Human Habitat. Throughout her career, Kathy has developed curriculum and instructed classes for college Interior Design students. She is also a published author and designer in regional newspaper and magazine features.
At InPro Corporation, Kathy provides design service support to both the inside and outside sales representatives in their quest to provide customers with design solutions. She successfully assesses design objectives, identifies problems, recommends solutions and specifies finish materials for InPro’s four divisions.
The Color Marketing Group (CMG), the renowned international organization that forecasts trends for color related products, is an important membership for Kathy, as she is a Chairholder member. Her work with CMG contributes to InPro’s continuing success to remain on the leading edge of the color trend curve.
Rounding out her breadth of experience, Kathy has completed the necessary state licensing requirements to be an NCIDQ Wisconsin Registered Interior Designer.
Ana G. Melo

Ana graduated in 2000 from Mount Mary College, the only private college in the state of Wisconsin that is Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) certified. Shortly before graduation, she began an internship at InterPlan OPI, a Herman Miller furniture dealership in Milwaukee, Wis. Upon graduation, she was hired as a full-time designer.
In 2001, she transitioned to MDC Wallcoverings as an outside sales representative. Ana was instrumental in getting the product specified on several significant projects, including St. Luke’s Medical Center and the Aurora Healthcare Women’s Pavilion, both located in Milwaukee.
In 2002, she was hired as a full-time interior designer at InPro Corporation. She successfully assesses design objectives, identifies problems, recommends solutions and specifies finish materials for InPro’s divisions. Notable projects she worked on include Los Altos Care Center in Los Altos, Calif., part of the Covenant Care Health System, and Barbour County Good Samaritan in Belington, West Virginia. Ana has completed the necessary state licensing requirements to be an NCIDQ Wisconsin Registered Interior Designer.
Kristin P. Matter

While attending Waukesha Area Technical College to earn her Associates degree in Interior Design, Kristin began an internship at a furniture dealership, Henricksen & Company, in Brookfield, Wis. After graduating in 2001, she was hired as a full-time designer, undertaking space planning for office and tenant spaces.
Kristin found herself drawn to other areas of interior design, kitchen and bath. She worked with customers to select colors, styles and designs of cabinetry, and coordinating cabinet selection with appliances, flooring, etc.
Drawn back to the commercial design industry, Kristin was hired at InPro Corporation as a project take-off specialist and soon transferred to the design department. She successfully assesses design objectives, identifies problems, recommends solutions and specifies finish materials for InPro’s divisions. Her more recognized projects include Cherry Tree Nursing Home, Uniontown, Penn; Linwood Convalescent, Linwood, New Jersey; and Miriam Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. Kristin is also proud to be an associate member of IIDA.
