MILWAUKEE, Wis. (Oct. 10, 2018) Inpro is in a pretty significant group, having been selected in the 2018 Deloitte Wisconsin 75, co-sponsored by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The award recognizes the contributions made to Wisconsin’s economy by the state’s largest privately and closely held companies.
Deloitte compiles the list in order of revenue. Participation is voluntary, so not every large private business in the state is included. But the list always includes many of the most recognizable companies in the state, as well as others that may not be as widely known but whose importance to Wisconsin cannot be overstated. For example, the Wisconsin 75 employ more than 250,000 people in the Badger State, and produced revenue in 2017 of $107 billion.
The Wisconsin 75 Distinguished Performers are chosen by a panel of business leaders based on submissions about their achievements in each of six categories. The judges for the program are: entrepreneur E. Kelly Fitzsimmons, who has founded, led and sold several technology startups; Caroline Krider, senior vice president and Milwaukee market leader at U.S. Bank; and Richard Meeusen, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Badger Meter Inc.
